That leads to the next question : what is needed to make employees behave like internauts ? Have an approach that is as rational as their engagement.
Well, that’s the job and idea of organisational design – enabling and facilitating collaboration when it’s needed and necessary (one could say it’s about designing a pitch where Adam Smith’s invisible hand and some more realistic, and thus complex factors interplay) – and yes, sense and reason and insight into the complex realities are “more reliable pillars than good feelings”
